On every single occasion, she has outdone herself with her professionalism, creativity and thoughtfulness. Her recommendations and ability to customize menus based on the event, and the way she manages the staff is commendable. All of our events have gone like clockwork, and the food is always delicious, fresh and served beautifully. Jill's talent for decorating and accommodating to the unique themes that I have thrown at her, have shown through. I remember giving her a box of items the day before the two baby showers, and when I came into the room on the day of, everything was already tastefully set up and decorated. She had remembered exactly what I have envisioned and done everything already for me. "I'll just start by saying from day 1 Jill has always been super responsive and helpful! Any time if day or night, or even in her day off, she always responded asap with any questions or concerns. Even down to when it came to ordering food, she recommended and advised things to make the experience better which was super helpful. It was supposed to be an anniversary party, but we ended up actually getting married in key West on their anniversary haha so we switched it over to a wedding reception style party. They made everything so simple for us, the room was set up so beautifully, and everything we needed they had, tape, center pieces, even an eisle for the guest book sign. They helped set up and clean, were extremely professional, made sure the food and drinks were stocked at all times. We couldn't have asked for a better place and better people. "We recently held a Gender Reveal Party at Santora's Pizza Pub & Grill and Jill went above and beyond to make this event an extra special one. The place was decorated so tastefully I really did not need to bring my own decorations. She was so pleasant to work with and was right there checking to make sure we did not need anything or if something needed replenishing she took care of it. I did not need to ask for anything. She also went above to make sure the pregnant mother who has a gluten allergy was prepared a special meal to meet her needs. I love working with Jill and would not hesitate to plan another event with her in charge. "

"Jill was absolutely wonderful for my bridal shower! She went over the top from the centerpieces to the balloon arch and even helping me set up my last minute items. She constantly checked in on my guests and replenished everything when it was needed. She was always asking me how everything was and anything she can get for me. My mother and mother in law who threw the party were blown away at everything. My guests made comments on how amazing everything was and how Jill was so friendly and attentive. I am so happy I chose to have my shower at Santoras and anyone considering hosting a party there you will not be disappointed. She helped me choose my menu wisely and everyone loved the food.
